TLX Gold Insulating Breather Membrane has been designed to improve the thermal performance of your new or existing roof with little or no change to the roof height, it eliminates the risk of condensation. Eventhough there is no vapour barrier there is still no condensation risk thanks to it being Sd intelligent – which basically means the more moisture that is present the more it breathes.
TLX Gold is fully BBA certified and endorsed by the LABC the only product of its type to have BBA certification. It is fast to fit and in many cases existing insulation will not need to be removed.

Really happy with the work carried out by John and his team it was a difficult job to level the roof up, but nothing was a problem even though the weather conditions were really cold at the time they kept working to finish the job as soon as possible.
